As we put together this tour, we thought about showing the old Cusco when the Inca Empire was at is highest. With our guide we will walk the same streets the Incas use to walk. We will learn details about the nature of construction for the ancient Inca courts and streets, and the spectacular Inca temples of Qoricancha and the Palace of Inca. Including information on how the Spaniards build on top of the Inca architecture.

- This exclusive tour of EcoAmericaPeru visits the Inca architecture of ancient Cusco. Our expert guide will explain and teach details of what was once the Cusco of the Inca, which today we find merged with colonial and contemporary buildings. Several aspects related to the magnificent Inca architecture were eventually used by European architects. The enduring presence of several walls and Inca streets allows us to relive the ancient glory of Cusco that has survived systematic destruction in colonial times, the earthquake of 1950, and gradual destruction by urban development.
