Peru has become a new culinary destination, and Lima gives us a test of traditional Peruvian food along with the new trendy fusion cuisine. The he most important ingredient in all Peruvian cuisine is the potato, as Peru has the widest variety of potatoes in the world.

- Half Day
- This Gastronomic Tour in Lima, starts by exploring the local Mercado/Market in Surquillo that carries fresh and local products, in order to learn about the ingredients use to prepare traditional dishes. Thereafter we continue with the tour to "El Bolivariano" restaurant at Pueblo Libre, a Peruvian Cuisine which features videos of main courses, desserts and beverages will be shown. At this restaurant, we enjoy a demonstration of how Ceviche, our most representative dish, is prepared as well as the mixing and tasting of a delicious Pisco Sour, our world famous cocktail. Then we visit another well-known restaurant in order to taste more traditional Peruvian cuisine dishes and desserts.
